2. Commas within case names are italicized. Rule 2(f).
3. In-text case cites should be followed by a comma. See B10.1.1.
4. The comma before the introductory signal “e.g.” is italicized. The comma after “e.g.” is not. Rule 1.2(a).
The best way to show this is with a picture. As pictured, the red commas are italicized. The blue commas are not. (I bolded the commas for visibility. Don’t do that.)
